Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm

Location: Sheffield

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality installation of safety-critical systems
• Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements
• Oversee the delivery and progress of major projects and special engineering solutions
• Drive ongoing development of existing products and support new product innovation
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and product issues

Qualifications / Background

• Background in rail, automotive, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical environments
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers and project teams
• Strong technical authority in safety-critical systems
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive performance
