Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead talented teams to deliver innovative technical solutions that drive our product roadmap forward. You’ll manage complex projects end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Agile, and Design teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions, while fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and project management.
• Owning project delivery, from ambiguous requirements to iterative solutions.
• Ensuring robust observability, incident response, and technical debt management.
• Promoting automation, testing, and continuous integration for system reliability.
• Collaborating across teams to align on strategy and deliver results that matter.
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers, championing a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Actively engaging with the wider engineering community to elevate CFC’s profile and attract top talent,
