Job Title: Engineering Manager, Location: Corby, Salary: £90,000 – 100,000+ Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and transform the engineering function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering the site’s engineering strategy, ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the site’s engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
• Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
