  • Leading project implementation with support from a direct report dedicated to on-site assessments and training.
  • Standardising and rolling out efficiency initiatives across multiple facilities.
  • Driving accountability at plant level to ensure timely reporting and action on energy projects.
  • Reporting results and progress to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying barriers.
About You

We\'re seeking a technical leader with both engineering expertise and the ability to navigate activities across a complex, matrix structured organisation. You\'ll be confident working with stakeholders across multiple cultures and business streams, with the determination to push through challenges and deliver results.

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in energy efficiency or industrial/manufacturing projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple sites.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience in developing monitoring or reporting systems.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA (c.20%, though initially closer to 50%).
