An NHS hospital trust in Chichester is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Administrator to support the Endoscopy and Gastroenterology service. The role involves providing clerical support to facilitate admissions, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring effective resource use. To provide an effective day‑to‑day clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of the Endoscopy admissions services on a day‑to‑day basis using both own initiative as well as direction from supervision of senior colleagues. This job role covers: data entry to facilitate patient procedure and outpatient appointment booking and management of waiting lists.

To provide a quality Endoscopy Service within the University Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust by ensuring the most effective use of resources and meeting Joint Advisory Group (JAG) accreditation standards. The administration support sits in two units within Worthing and St Richards Hospitals; therefore the admin staff are expected to work within both units as cross cover when staffing needs require.
