Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage administration, case handling, or application processing.
• Familiarity with mortgage products is a plus, Equity Release preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications through the end-to-end mortgage process.
• Collect, review, and validate documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Support underwriters to ensure cases progress efficiently.
