Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an End Point Assessment Administrative Assistant in London. This is a temporary office-based role providing crucial administrative support for apprenticeship assessments. Candidates should have strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems. Responsibilities include processing applications, scheduling discussions, and coordinating with teams. This role offers a contract of 3 days a week, starting January 2026, for a competitive pro-rata salary.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident using IT systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Process apprentice Gateway applications accurately using their EPA management system.
  • Schedule and facilitate online Professional Discussions between apprentices and assessors.
  • Review and issue feedback promptly, supporting moderation processes.
  • Coordinate payments and liaise with Finance and Membership teams.
  • Respond to enquiries from apprentices, assessors, employers, and universities.
