Overview

Training Officer for East Midlands UOTC leading on G7 delivery making a real difference to the future generation of Army Officers in an exciting and versatile training environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver the Army University Leadership Development Programme inline to the unit training plan.
  • Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by applying innovative thought process.
  • Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
  • Support the units annual Recruitment process with the intent to Attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students.
  • Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration.
  • Identify and demonstrate personalenschaften professional development opportunities for self and others.
  • Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force.
  • Lead or support tasks as directed by the XO in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
