Job description

Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a well-known UK headquartered company looking to hire an Employment Tax Senior Analyst to join their London based team.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert employment tax guidance to teams across UK and international operations, delivering clear insight and constructive challenge.
  • Supporting interactions with tax authorities, assisting with reviews and enquiries, and helping maintain strong working relationships.
  • Interpreting and communicating new employment tax legislation to areas such as HR and Payroll, including leading key initiatives like mandatory payrolling projects.
  • Reviewing and analysing annual employment tax filings, including PSA submissions and benefits reporting, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Improving and harmonising employment tax processes, exploring automation, strengthening controls, and enhancing internal governance.
  • Contributing to financial policy development, making sure methodologies, controls, and procedures appropriately incorporate employment tax considerations.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Employment Tax focused experience in-house or from practice
  • No visa sponsorship

This is a full-time, London based role paying up to £65,000 + 10% bonus. It would be an ideal first move from practice for candidates 0-3 years PQE.
