A well-established law firm is seeking a qualified Consultant Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in employment law to manage caseloads and represent clients. Acting on behalf of both claimants and respondents in a wide variety of employment matters, drafting key documents including ET1/ET3 forms, witness statements, and schedules of loss; providing clear, practical, and commercially minded advice to clients; representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and preliminary hearings when required; supporting colleagues with their caseloads and providing cover during holidays; getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives, such as writing articles, delivering seminars, or networking events.
