A reputable law firm in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 4-5 years of PQE in Employment Law. The role involves handling diverse employment matters for both employers and employees and offers a hybrid working arrangement post-settling in. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and comfortable with light business development and local networking. This position provides a supportive team environment and challenging work opportunities.

Hybrid Working Available
You will handle a broad range of employment matters, acting for both employers and employees, with the autonomy to manage your own files and the support of an experienced wider team. The role would suit someone confident with advisory and contentious work alike.
While you do not need to bring work with you, we value people who are comfortable being "out and about", doing light business development, staying connected in the local market, and speaking with clients and contacts.
Hybrid working is available once settled‑initially office‑based, with the potential for half‑days from home.
Preference for office presence where possible to maintain collaboration and team culture.
On‑site parking available.
20‑25 days’ annual leave depending on seniority, plus your birthday off, plus Xmas closure.
Standard auto‑enrolment pension.
