Employment Solicitor – 1–3 PQE | Manchester | Up to £70,000

Location: Manchester | Level: 1–3 PQE | Hybrid Working | Salary: Up to £70K DOE

Join a top-ranked employment law team at a leading Legal 500 firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to handle quality respondent work for major national and international clients as well as public sector bodies

The role

• Advise on employment tribunal claims, grievances, and disputes
• Support corporate M&A activity with employment input
• Draft contracts, settlement agreements & HR policies
• Work closely with Partners on advisory and litigation matters

Who the Partners are looking for

1–3 PQE Solicitor with employment law experience
Solid understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedure
Exposure to respondent work preferred (claimant experience also welcome)
Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
