Broad scope of quality employment work

This is a highly regarded and well-established employment team advising on the full range of contentious respondent matters and advisory work.

Contentious matters include:
  • unfair dismissals,
  • wrongful dismissals,
  • employment contract breaches,
  • claims brought under the equality
  • whistleblowing cases.
Non-contentious advisory matters include:
  • advising on TUPE matters;
  • Organisational change including redundancies
  • HR policy;
  • Corporate support work
