About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team on a remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in employment law to work flexibly while handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters for both employer and employee clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law,
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and manage all stages of litigation.
  • Advise employers on HR practices, restructuring, and compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and case law.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ + preferred, but all levels considered).
  • Strong track record of advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using legal case management systems and remote collaboration tools.
