An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate) to join a top-tier ranked Employment team in Southampton. Known for its high-quality work and strong client base, the team advises national and international clients across the private, public and third sectors.

The role:
  • Mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including tribunals, advisory work and corporate support.
  • Clients include household-name employers, NHS bodies and charities.
  • Opportunities to lead on client relationships, training and business development.
  • Support from a wider employment and immigration law team across the firm.
