My client is a regional, legal 500 law firm looking for a qualified Employment Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in key areas of employment law, including:
- Restrictive covenants
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client matters efficiently, ensuring progress is maintained and clients are regularly updated on case developments and associated costs.
- Advise on and draft settlement agreements with a confident and practical approach.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security concerning all firm and client documentation and information.
- Meet agreed financial targets, including fee income and chargeable hours.
- Liaise effectively with the credit control team to support financial objectives.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues across the firm.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with external organisations and institutions.
- Take responsibility for your own professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with the training and professional development requirements of the SRA and Law Society.
