Our highly reputable legal 500 law firm is on the lookout for a dedicated Employment Solicitor (3-5years PQE) providing expert advice to both employers and employees on a range of employment issues to include managing Employment Tribunal claims and handling TUPE, redundancy and workplace disputes along with drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, employment contracts and staff handbooks.
To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role you must have 3-5years PQE in employment law along with strong experience in handling employment tribunal claims and complex cases. You must have excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills and a proactive approach to business development.
On top of the above the firm offers clear career progression, the traditional Partnership model along with the firm very much remaining independent from being backed by private equity etc!
