Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is presently supporting a United Kingdom trade union which represents professionals and specialist workers in both the public and private sectors in their search for an Employment Law Advice Helpdesk Team Leader.
As a Team Leader within our client's Member Contact Centre you'll use your positive attitude, your supervisory experience, and your employment law knowledge to deliver an excellent service to union members.
In this role you'll have the chance to be involved in developing new services and to supervise, mentor and develop a team of Employment Law Helpdesk Advisors. We'll look to you to ensure the Member Contact Centre is providing high quality advice and support to members and to help improve the union's overall member service.
