A growing global micromobility company is hiring an Employment Counsel for the EMEA region. This remote role requires 5+ years of employment law experience, particularly in EMEA jurisdictions, and a qualified solicitor in England & Wales. You'll partner with HR and other leaders on employment law matters, manage disputes, and draft contracts. Strong communication skills and expertise in labor investigations are essential. Candidates should be fluent in English with a second language preferred.

Lime is hiring an Employment Counsel, EMEA to join our Legal team! In this role, you will report into the Head of Global Employment Law.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United Kingdom or France to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
This position requires the candidate to be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate.
