A leading law firm in Central London seeks an ambitious Employment Associate to work with clients in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors. Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves both contentious and non-contentious work, mentoring junior associates, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Job Title: Employment Associate – Media & Tech clients 3–5 PQE
Salary: £93,000–£105,000
PQE Level: 3–6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full‑time
In this instance, we are working with a highly successful Central London law firm that is looking to recruit an ambitious employment associate to work with their exciting client base which is primarily focused on clients in the media, entertainment and technology sectors.
You will have solid contentious and non‑contentious employment experience across acting for employers on a wide range of matters including corporate support, advisory, TUPE, disciplinary, discrimination, whistleblowing, and redundancy. Working in a close‑knit team, you will also enjoy mentoring and developing more junior associates.
The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3–6 PQE gained within a Top 100 law firm.
