A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced professional to advance employment skills through the Work Redbridge Service. The role focuses on managing a caseload of clients, including vulnerable residents, providing personalised advice and fostering relationships with health professionals and employers. The role is pivotal in advancing Council objectives related to employment skills and enterprise through the Work Redbridge Service. The position involves managing a caseload of clients utilising expertise in supported employment practices particularly Individual Placement Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework. The focus is on assisting vulnerable residents including those with disabilities, mental health challenges and other barriers in securing sustainable employment. The role also involves providing personalised advice and guidance, fostering relationships with health professionals and employers and promoting economic well‑being by reducing dependency on public resources.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legal requirements. CIPD Qualified or part qualified. Experience in recruitment and selection processes. Ability to provide advice on employee relations and conditions of service. Proficiency in data interpretation and HR database management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in designing and delivering training courses. Ability to liaise effectively with Trade Union Officials and other stakeholders. Commitment to continuous professional development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Understanding of Health and Safety and Data Protection regulations.
