A collaborative organization in Birmingham seeks an Employer Engagement Specialist to build relationships with employers for Supported Internships for young people with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or recruitment, strong communication skills, and be comfortable negotiating placements. This is a 6–9 month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours), based in Northampton. You’ll be 100% office-based or out meeting employers – no home working.
