We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a highly engaged HR Shared Services team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on how ER matters are managed across a large, multi-site organization.

What you’ll do :
  • Provide professional, impartial Employee Relations advice to managers and senior leaders via telephone.
  • Partner with stakeholders to coach and guide them toward the best possible outcomes for ER issues.
  • Manage end-to-end casework for disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and long-term sickness.
  • Attend hearings for complex cases when required, offering face-to-face support.
  • Ensure all advice is legally compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ER function.
  • Participate in occasional weekend and bank holiday emergency phone cover (with additional allowance).
