A leading digital bank is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to deliver a specialist ER service. This role involves ensuring compliance with policies and laws while promoting positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include supporting investigations, policy development, and training delivery. Candidates should have experience in employee relations, a good understanding of employment law, and ideally have worked in the financial services sector. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working options.
Location & hybrid working: We're open to the successful candidate being based from either London, Cardiff or Manchester. All Starling colleagues spend a minimum of 10 days per month in the office with flexibility to work the rest from home.

We are looking for an Employee Relations Partner, ideally with some financial services exposure, to support the delivery of a specialist Employee Relations service to the bank.
