Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for and experience in employee relations? The Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM) HR Shared Service team is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the team.
This senior, fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a prestigious institution. Working closely with the Head of HR and other Employee Relations Managers, you will cover a wide range of HR issues with a high focus on employee relations. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, finding pragmatic solutions to the issues and navigating departmental managers through the University procedures/employment legislation to successful outcomes.
With a recognised HR CIPD qualification at level 5 or above, or equivalent, you will be confident and capable and have significant experience of providing HR support in Employee Relations issues.
We are looking for somebody with proven expertise in Employee Relations who has significant experience in managing complex HR cases. The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organisational objectives.
You will be a proactive, confident, and solutions-driven individual, able to navigate the challenges of a dynamic environment. We are looking for strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisations.
