A leading charity organization in Greater London is seeking an Employee Experience & Inclusion Advisor for a job share position. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience and inclusion within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in designing employee-focused initiatives and facilitating inclusive practices. You will work with teams to develop practical tools and policies that support the wellbeing of colleagues, embodying the organization's values to beat cancer sooner.
Salary: £42,000 (pro-rata) per annum plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Organisational Effectiveness
Directorate: Chief Operating Office, Human Resources
Working hours: Permanent, 14 hours per week Job share
Location: Stratford, London w/ high-flex (1 - 2 days (pro-rata) per week in the office)

Recruitment Process: 1 stage Competency and technical based interview.
