Overview

Employed Financial Adviser. Existing client bank. £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus (OTE £90,000 - £95,000). Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Wealth Management practice based in Kent, providing expert, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser (IFA) seeking a secure, employed role with access to an existing client base as an adviser is retiring in 2026 - no client transfer required. You\'ll join a supportive, professional environment with strong back office and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding advice and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver fully independent financial advice to new and existing clients.
  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

  • Bonus: Up to £30,000 in the first year (performance and KPI based, including recurring and new business) - Quarterly

To be considered for this position
  • Proven experience as an IFA / Financial Adviser.
  • Confident providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions and investments.
  • SPS (CAS isn\'t required)
  • Tech savvy - AI, company ChatGPT and PlannerPal are used
  • A client-centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
