Job Title: Employability Tutor

Location: Birmingham

Start Date: Immediate start

Salary Range: GBP20 - GBP25 per hour

Responsibilities

• The successful Employability Tutor will be supporting students to understand career opportunities and developing their employability skills.
• The role will be paramount in helping students achieve their full potential during and after their college experience.

Qualifications

• Level 4 IAG qualification, teaching qualification for post 16, a tutor assessor qualification
• Experience in employability planning and development within an educational setting.
• Experience in networking and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.
• A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
