A prominent educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Full Time Employability Trainer/Assessor to develop and deliver employability training tailored for un/underemployed individuals. The role involves facilitating group sessions, tracking learner progress, and assisting with job readiness skills such as CV writing and interview preparation. To liaise with key stakeholders to co‑design, develop and deliver employability training to un/underemployed people in order to identify relevant work skills and experience and inspire, influence and motivate them to progress them into sustained employment or education.
