You will manage a team to support unemployed participants into sustainable employment while ensuring targets and compliant practices are met. Qualifications

• Experience of managing a service within Employability or Careers Advice.
• Experience of performance managing a team toward the achievement of targets.
• Proven experience of managing budgets and contract performance.
• Experience in building networks and relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in writing contract and performance-based reports.
• Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Salary: up to £39,500 (Depending on skills and experience)

Duties

Responsible for leading the effective delivery of a CIAG contract, across the East Midlands.

Daily performance management of a team of IAG Advisor's, Team Leaders and Employer Engagement Leads, who are responsible for supporting unemployed participants into sustainable employment and ensuring that contractual needs are met.

Ensure your team have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively manage their performance and productivity to ensure these are achieved.

Ensure effective relationships are maintained with internal and external stakeholders.

Carry out regular observations of activity; providing coaching and ongoing support.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, security, and professional standards.

Essential Criteria

• Must have experience of managing a service within Employability / Careers Advice or similar.
• Experience of performance managing a team, towards the achievement of set targets.
• Proven experience of managing budgets, and contract performance.
• Experience of building networks and relationships, with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
• Must have experience in writing contract / performance-based reports.
