A prominent UK university in Egham is seeking an Employability Consultant to lead inclusive employability support and manage an Employability Coordinator. We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Employability Consultant to join our evolving Careers Service. In line with the university’s RH2030s strategy, you will lead on delivering inclusive employability support across academic schools, managing an Employability Coordinator, and collaborate with academic staff to co-design and embed Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), mentoring, and work-based learning opportunities directly into the curriculum.
The post is based in Egham, where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
