• 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership with a proven record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience selling into early- to mid-stage startups (seed through Series D), ideally engaging with technical buyers.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing exceptional sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of AEs focused on the startup segment.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship through regular 1:1s and deal strategy sessions.
• Drive pipeline generation, forecast with rigor, and ensure consistent execution across the team.
