Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Presales).
• Previous experience working in a pre and post-sales role.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements, scoping out technical integrations and presenting technical solutions to customers.
• Collaborating on sale proposals and the creation of statements of work.
• Addressing solution-based challenges which our customers may have.
