Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in planning management within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership and team development experience.
  • Strong ERP and S&OP expertise.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement within supply chain or planning.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Planning team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
  • Manage and optimise inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Take ownership of the supply plan for the high-value Zotek product range, including third-party suppliers.
  • Enhance planning capability through improved systems, processes, and data insights.
  • Lead the supply step of Zotefoams’ global S&OP process.
  • Build strong relationships with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Champion the effective use and development of the ERP system.
