Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People and Culture or human resources experience ideally from a BPO or similar services industry across the EMEA region.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple geos in EMEA.
• Ability to transform People and Culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual global human capital strategic plan.
• Ensure effective execution of TTEC's human capital strategies.
• Lead program launches and integrate with the P&C delivery team.
