Job summary

A leading financial services company based in Dundee is seeking a Meetings & Events Manager EMEA to design and deliver exceptional event experiences that strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of event management experience, particularly in global settings, and will excel in strategic planning and event execution. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications preferred. The position involves about 30% travel across the region.

Qualifications

  • 10 years in event management, preferably with global or EMEA focus.
  • Blend of corporate and agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for all event activity within the region.
  • Develop event strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver conferences, tradeshows, and executive briefings.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance and cultural alignment of events.
  • Provide post-event analysis to improve future strategies.
  • Mentor coordinators and foster collaboration across teams.
