Requirements

• We require candidates to have a good Honours degree and / or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics, with a relevant Software Engineering component. It is expected that the successful candidate will have 4-8 years of industry experience. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a lively commercial environment and possess strong communication, interpersonal, and team‑working skills. A self‑motivated attitude and a can‑do mindset are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent C / C++ programming skills and hands‑on experience in at least two or more of the following areas :
• Real‑time embedded systems
• Device driver development
• Wireless communications and networking systems, particularly Bluetooth
• ARM processors
• For the Senior Firmware Engineer role, good supervisory skills and technical team leading experience are also required. Applicants must either hold a UK passport or have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), as Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
