The Role

We are looking for a talented and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email strategy across the Nightcap portfolio. You\'ll be responsible for driving guest engagement, retention, and revenue through effective email campaigns and lifecycle marketing.

This is a key role within the marketing team, where you\'ll work closely with brand, digital, and commercial teams to deliver engaging, on-brand communications that bring our guests back time and time again.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy for Nightcap\'s portfolio of venues.
  • Build, segment, and manage customer databases to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.
  • Plan and execute engaging email campaigns, automations, and newsletters to support venue activity, seasonal promotions, and group initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics, and optimise for conversion and ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with GDPR and best practice in data handling.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative and messaging are compelling and aligned with brand tone.
  • Introduce A/B testing, dynamic content, and best practice in automation to continually improve engagement.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to drive footfall, bookings, and spend per head through tailored email journeys.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep Nightcap ahead of the curve.
About You
  • Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
