About the job
As our Email Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in engaging learners, employers and partners through targeted and impactful email campaigns. Working within our in‑house marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising email journeys that promote our apprenticeship programmes, professional training courses, school projects and employer services.
You’ll use HubSpot and other leading email platforms to design campaigns that drive awareness, nurture leads, and support learner engagement from initial enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. This is a hands‑on role that combines creativity, data analysis and marketing automation to deliver measurable results.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and operations to ensure our email communications are on‑brand, compliant and aligned with wider business objectives. From A/B testing and segmentation to content personalisation and reporting, you’ll use data‑driven insights to continuously improve performance and enhance the learner and employer experience.
Reporting to the LMP Head of Marketing, this role also involves liaising with SEG marketing and HubSpot teams.
