Retail Insights is Northern Europe’s leading retail forum. We are strengthening the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from over 15 countries.

Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary but may include:

  • Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximizing revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
  • Copywriting and designing (with support from our Graphic Designer) emails and campaigns to promote our events (webinars and conferences)
  • Continuously learning and improving future campaigns and strategies
  • Acquiring and activating reactive leads
  • Coordinating with the Content and Sales teams to target the right audience
  • Selling tickets and increasing registrants by managing our marketing inbox
What we expect from you

You possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You are driven, proactive, and committed to excellence. You take ownership of your tasks, are humble, and share our passion for building and executing new business initiatives. Additionally, we expect that you:

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent academic results
  • Hold a valid UK work permit
  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail

Note: We work from our office next to Victoria Station Monday through Friday; remote work is not available.
