About the Job

Currently, we are looking for an Electronics Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join Littelfuse Maintenance Electronics Department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating equipment used in the manufacturing and testing of High-Power Semiconductor devices. You will work hands-on with electronic systems, ensuring equipment operates reliably and safely. This role is based on-site in Chippenham and reports directly to Maintenance Supervisor Test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults down to component level on high voltage, analog, digital, and microprocessor-based electronic systems
• Read and understand circuit schematic drawings
• Use diagnostic tools regularly, including oscilloscopes and other test equipment
• Measure high voltage and current safely and accurately
• Apply a strong understanding of calibration principles in daily tasks
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Have an understanding of Risk Assessments
