Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineer to join a world-renowned scientific instrument manufacturer.

Focusing on high-tech, cutting-edge electro-mechanical instrumentation, your primary responsibility will be developing electronics for complex scientific instruments. You will need to communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary team to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget. You will contribute to project proposals, design & validate hardware solutions in addition to supporting complex manufacturing and after-sales issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Electronics Engineering degree
  • Electronic design experience including both digital &/or analogue circuit design - FPGA, microcontrollers and associated firmware
  • Experience of high-voltage, low noise systems
  • Proven experience of working on design/development projects

This position will suit a hobbyist with a genuine interest in Electronics and offers a unique opportunity to work with complex technology in a rewarding company. Full training on company products will be provided and you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary. There is also the potential for a hybrid work structure.
