Job description

We are looking for a home based electrical engineer who can go to call outs on site between North London and Peterborough. You will have the relevant qualifications including 18th Edition and 2391. Unfortunately due to the nature of the week these qualifications are mandatory.

Day to day you will go out to various sites carry out fault finding, general maintenance and updates and organising quotes for substantial work that needs to be carried out. Generally you will be working alone but on occasion due to the size of the job additional help will be offered.

You will need to be able to have a satisfactory DBS check and undergo random alcohol and drugs testing on occasion.

In return the company offer a basic salary of £40000pa plus premium for on call duties. This is contractually every 4 weeks but the reality is more like every 6 weeks. You will also have a company van, laptop and mobile.
