Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site surveys and creating design reports, bills of materials, and cost estimates for electrical installations.
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with BS7671 and other relevant regulations.
  • Performing inspection and testing of electrical installations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and assisting with stock-taking.
  • Collaborating with site occupiers and service users to deliver high-quality services.

Minimum requirements:

  • SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (3 years).
  • City & Guilds 18th edition certification.
  • Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of electrical power systems and distribution.
  • Familiarity with CDM Regulations and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel, including occasional weekends.
  • Good standard of education.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • ECS Gold Card holder (preferable).
