Job summary

A global provider of integrated facilities management is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Chester. This full-time position involves resolving work orders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing maintenance services. Ideal candidates must be educated to a minimum of City & Guilds in Electrical or HNC and possess strong technical skills. The role requires flexibility in working hours, commitment to customer service, and a capability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds in Electrical (or HNC).
• Apprenticeship (or equivalent programme in Electrical / Mechanical Installation) is desirable.
• 18th Edition IEE regs and HV Trained are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and act as an appointed Authorized Person (AP) within 6 months from onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of work completed and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Participate in the critical services training program and provide operational support.
