What You Will Do:

• Follow detailed build instructions and drawings to ensure precision and quality.

• Contribute to and drive continuous improvement activities.

• Proven experience in panel wiring and working with electrical drawings.
• HNC qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and flexibility.
• An understanding of assembling electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, including cable stripping, crimping, and terminating.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment and a commitment to health and safety protocols.
