This is a hands‑on leadership role with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

• Location: Dartford
• Salary up to: £50,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support electricians across housing contracts
• Conduct electrical surveys, inspections, and EICRs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health & safety standards
• Manage workloads, schedules, and material ordering
• Provide technical guidance to teams and clients
• Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and internal departments
• Carry out quality checks and remedial inspections
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2 or equivalent)
• Experience in social housing (voids, repairs, planned works)
• Strong knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations

• Full UK driving licence
