Overview

Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) – Watford

£58,000 Basic Salary | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Are you an electrically-biased supervisor ready to take charge of a prestigious corporate estate? We are looking for a confident and experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to lead a team of shift engineers at a high-profile, multi-building commercial estate in Watford. This is a hands-on leadership role in a professional and technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating 4x shift engineers providing 24/7 cover
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Supporting planned shutdowns and delivering quoted works outside of hours where required
• Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Providing technical support with a focus on electrical systems and infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience
• Strong understanding of building services and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to planned out-of-hours works and shutdowns
