Electrical Shift Engineer

We've got a brilliant role for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join our client on an impressive commercial site based at London Bridge. You'll be joining a market leading service provider, work in a well experienced M&E team, receive on-going training and receive all the necessary opportunities to progress internally.

As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, fault find / troubleshoot, update site logbooks, liaise with subcontractors and ensure all plant is working effectively.

Electrical Shift Engineer Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance: Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on / off load tests), UPS, LV / HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Quotations
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments

Permits to work Requirements

• Fully qualified in either Electrical installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Career driven and motivated
• Prior experience in critical environments - desirable, not essential
• At least 3 years experience prior working in commercial environments
