Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector.
• Strong background in electrical installations, especially plant replacement and renewable energy systems.
• Experience working in live environments or with sensitive buildings.
• CSCS Black Managers Card and SMSTS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from design to handover.
• Oversee commercial, technical, and contractual aspects of projects.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
