What you’ll do:

• Supervise the team to ensure maximum availability of equipment, adhering to production plans.

• Implement and monitor compliance with safety, electrical, and quality standards.

• Oversee and contribute to the electrical testing, servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment.

• Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members.

• Manage inventory, monitor spare parts stock levels, and process purchase orders.

• Ensure quality control and final inspection of all equipment prior to dispatch.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.).

• Proven experience in an electrical servicing environment.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.

• Commitment to safety and a quality-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
